As his name suggests Mark is a member of the family who founded the company in the early part of the last century. Indeed, he is one of the founders Great Grandsons. Not surprisingly, Mark has played an active part in the business since childhood - his first role in the business was to feed the Bakery's cat on a Sunday morning!! Over the years Mark has worked in all areas of the business from the production of the products right the through to their delivery to the customer.

Today, Mark manages the Board of Directors at Brace's which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
