Working with schools

Kathryn White, joined Brace’s Bakery in January this year, as our School Visitor for the Bristol area. Kathryn has already successfully visited over 30 primary schools conducting free workshops designed to fit in with the national curriculum.
These fun workshops are aimed at six to nine year olds informing them of the stages of bread making from raw ingredients to the finished product. The workshop lasts approximately 45 minutes, allowing for a practical bread making demonstration and powerpoint slides, introducing Brace's Bakery and outlining the important of healthy eating.
Kathryn is key member of the Brace’s team, and we are receiving positive feedback from all the schools visited.
Requests from all primary schools in the Bristol area are welcomed together with childminding organisations during the school holiday periods.
